I have seen the mercifulness of God
in my life. God has been my father and mt mother.  My father’s full name is Teklu Degefa. He had
served as an Electrician in Ethiopian Refinery until his retirement. My mother’s
name is Emebet Hailu. My parents were divorced legally before I was born.

 I was
sponsored in CDSP at the age of 8 in ET 302.  I accepted Jesus at Sunday school class in
August 1991 E.C when I was in grade 7.  I
also remember that special day of my baptism -Nov 1993E.C.

After finishing my high school
education with great distinction, I became a candidate for LDP. Being in LDP
was God’s plan for me from the beginning. I attended my university education at
Arba Minch University
where I got so many life changing lessons. I have also learned how to face
challenges and be tolerant of others.

 I want to
be a professional leader that God want me to be. I really say that I will die
for the glory of God. Therefore sin must be one of the things I hate as my lord
Jesus hates it.

I would like to thank my Sponsor Miss E. Sossomon who showed
me the power of love and kindness. Words are not enough to thank my father Ato
Teklu who has been by my side from the beginning. Finally I will never forget
the time I had with all ET-302 project workers and CIET-LDP specialists.
