My name is Tesfaye Gemechu. I was
born in june1978 e.c/1986 in a relatively poor family consisting of five
members including me, my father, mother, one brother and one sister. My father
was a guard in near by health center which was established by Missionaries. But
later our life started to change after I joined compassion and my father got another
job which pays him relatively better. That was the moment of God"s intervention
in my life. I accepted Jesus Christ as my savior when I was in grade 9 and got baptized
after a year. I was also good academically and in 1997e.c/2005 I joined
University and LDP. The time I spent in both university and LDP were the best
three years of my life. God was shaping, changing and preparing me through his
word for his work

My vision is to be an active
participant in the development of my country. God willing I want to be a
business man and be a sponsor in child ministry and also be active participant
in building God"s kingdom on earth.

When I came to this world it was
Gods agenda. As the scripture says "MY frame was not hidden from you when
I was made in secret and skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Your
eyes saw my substance being yet unformed and in your book they all were
written. The days fashioned for me, when as yet there were none of
them"ps139:15-16. It is God who made me live. I live for him and I die for
him and one thing I must hate is what God hates. As the scripture says"
for they speak against you wickedly; your enemies take your name in vain. Do I
not hate them, O lord, who hate you? And do I not loath them those who rise up
against you? I hate them with perfect hatred; I count them my enemies."ps139:20-22
