I am the 5th and the
youngest daughter in my family .I can say I was raised by a single mother for I
lost my dad from grade 7. My mother carried the responsibility lead and provide
for the family with minimal income. Compassion’s support came at that critical
moment and made me to be what I am today. The time I spent at the project was
unforgettable. It was a place where I discovered myself.  I cannot forget the
church member’s and other Christ’s family who invested a lot in my life.
I spent 10 years in the project
and when I joined University, God gave me another open door to accomplish his
eternal purpose in me. That was LDP. For me LDP means a lot, Even though I was
involved only for three years, the program was marvelous and its’ impact was so
great. LDP helped me to discover my calling and potential and prepared me to
serve the society. I currently facilitate local sponsorship and personally
sponsor a child. My experience with compassion motivated me to do this and even
more. God invested in me to enable me accomplish his purpose and I am committed
to do just that.
First and for most praise be to God almighty and
next I thank my family, sponsors , church community, LDP specialists (team),
friends , compassion staff and special thanks to my former project staff. It is
your compassionate hand and prayer that enabled me to be what I am today! Thank you and love you so much!!
